The player who disappointed you the most?

Brett Papworth. Not disappointed in him but rather disappointed for him. I remember being so pumped when he signed with the Chooks.

Smart fella though, has done very well despite such a short lived playing career.

Danny Nutley busted a gut for us in a few games, notably Mother's Day 2007 in our very first game against the Titans. If it weren't for him, we would not have won that day. I just feel sorry for any player who never got to enjoy success at the Roosters. I feel sad for them, not disappointed in them.

Maybe it’s a bit harsh but Reece Robinson was extremely disappointing. Didn’t think he’d set the world alight but was pretty bad in the games he played. Mason was disappointing in that he was a toxic influence on the playing group.

Some people really had high opinions of shit players, I can’t imagine being disappointed in Nick Kouparitsas or Reece Robinson we got exactly what everyone thought we would get.

Biggest disappointments for me are players like Shaun Foley, Willis Meehan, Ryan Williamson, Tautau Moga, Nene MacDonald, Kane Evans, David Shillington, the rugby player that ended up at Saints and getting sacked who were all talked about as being future stars or excitement prospects and never lived up to for one reason or another.

Nutley, Willie, Ogre & Anasta who we paid heaps for and got F'All in return.

Nick does not always get it right.

And Fatty.

Nutley was here for one season returning from the UK and was a standout in a garbage team, what are you smoking?

I get the rest but RTS? Was great for us and from memory was offered double the money to play elsewhere. Can't really hold that against him IMO, you could never question his commitment even after he signed with the Warriors.
