That’s exactly the thing. This is ‘contact’ sport and contact is going to bloody well happen! Big V did nothing wrong except stand in the defensive line with his arms down by his hips. The midget ran towards him, tripped and fell onto his shoulder with his face. It’s a farce. I know alot of people on here slam Gordan Tallis and say he hates the roosters and tbh I never paid attention to his feedback until the game vs Titans and I can confirm now that I am a believer.

I don’t like our chances of the downgrade. I’ve watched the replay as objectively as I can, and the Titans player falls a VERY small amount, and Verrills does lean into the contact. I’d say they’ll stick with the original charge and give him 2 weeks.

Lam has the build of a hooker...would be good from dummy half both passing and running...good defender. Tough, muscular.
We simply cannot be throwing forward passes anymore.
If we want to have any chance of beating Manly, a big side, we need to play a lot better than we did mistake-wise against the Titans.
