    • Bears have signed Brad Keighran (brother of Adam). Kicks at 82%, played five eighth and hooker for Manly feeder club in Knock On Cup this year.

      • Been reported today that Manu was given a "rich" contract a few weeks ago but hasnt signed yet...saying Warriors are in the box seat as they can accommodate his desire to play fullback.....lets see what transpires .Losing Fatrelol was one thing but to lose him too is a killer .
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

Fullback money is up there with the 6 again rule for thing I hate the most about the nrl.
          Suali will probably be next,.
Signing Momo may be a smart move, target solid centres you can keep and spend the money elsewhere

I get the money will be huge, but imagine being coached by a muppet like Nathan Brown. Surely his career will go backwards

Don’t forget, players like Manu and sheck can’t make the extra 100k a year that origin players can, so can’t blame them for taking the money NZ can offer, and they are also closer to their families, tough to compete when an offer is that good.

              • Manu will go, that I have no doubt about with two premierships under his belt already representing the kiwis he has basically achieved everything in the game at 24 which gives him 7-10 years to make as much as he can playing at home 1 mil plus a season cannot hope to match that sort of money.
MoMo signing sounds like a replacement for Joey. MoMo and Watson are good solid signings who will never demand the sort of money Manu is being thrown, clever cut price purchases look to the future Roosters we will unearth more talent and develop them into game breakers.

At 24 we could lose Manu with his best football yet to be played, same as Fatrell, same as RTS. Pretty disappointing no matter the circumstances

Hopefully extensions for TKO, Manu and Crichton are sealed and maybe a signing or two. I would personally like to see the Roosters chase after Tabuai-Fidow from the Cowboys, versatile, strong and fast and his contact expires in 2022.
Re-signed Crighton & signed Watson, Momirovski & Atoni still have SST at this stage. Still awaiting on Hass, Simms, Hodgson & the Cheese. Manu??????

I believe Manu will resign unless the lure of playing back home and potential to play fullback week in, week out similar to the RTS situation occurs which would be devastating to me personally as I loved RTS and was very sad to see him leaving. SST hopefully stays but if he goes to England for one last paycheck then I won't mind too much.

Hass is probably another year or two before any developments with his future is in the rumor mill, I think he would want to see how the new signings work out before he makes a decision considering the massive restructuring of the boardroom and signings of Reynolds and Capewell.

Sims is still up in the air by the looks of things and his situation is still unclear, would love to see him here but his future is uncertain.

Hodgson is going to be 32 soon and had a bad season relative to the past few, feel he'd be demanding a bit too much and seems like someone who'd be overpaid by another club. Would love to see a full season of Verrills first before we go around looking for 9s.

Brandon is an exceptional player but his recent episode is just put me off, I know footballers ain't the sharpest tools in the shed and I hope it's a one off, but in terms of his future, seems to me like Melbourne are going to have to choose between him and Grant for the starting dummy half, Smith will command alot of offers if he goes to market. Would he come here? I'd certainly take him but more likely to stay at the Storm or taking a huge wage at the Bulldogs.

It was a financial decision and I’m sure he got paid so I’d suggest there was no regrets.

No we haven’t. We have a deal until 2026 I believe which then we will have to probably reconsider as the swans had to change their logo when their deal ran out.

There is no way either of them regret the move. We all know RTS mother had the bust up at the club but he also never gave the club the chance to match the Warriors offer and we were too slow to give him a deal anyway, it was always clear even before Latrell debuted he was going to move to Souths there was always articles about how that's his fathers dream
