He is under contract till the end of 2024 so anyone will be waiting a while to get a shot at him.

Contracts are only valid if both parties are happy. You can extend for 2 years this month & be at another club next week.

I’m thinking mate that he will only go to a top 4 club if he leaves the Broncos.
If the Roosters come knocking at your door you would be mad not to answer it.

We need to ensure we're still a top 4 team 2022 is a big year but I trust Nick and Robbo

I cant see the Roosters finishing any lower than 5th next year. They cannot possibly have a repeat of this year having 7,8,9,10,11,12,13 players out, I dont think the Chooks can win the comp next year but I think they can come 3rd or 4th.

I've just checked Hass' profile on Wikipedia. Looks like he's been in the Broncos / Qld system for a while, he moved to the Gold Coast at age 13.
I can image he's a family man, so prob happy living in Brisbane. It would be hard to pry him away from the Broncos / Redcliffe

I love Hass and would take him, but if Tino was available from the Titans then I would swoop in immediately if we couldn't get Hass.

Don't think Haas is leaving the drongos. Towards the end of the season all the media reports were that Haas wants to stay in Brisbane, but didn't want to sign with his current manager. Pretty sure once he can cut ties with his manager that he would resign

Im just so glad that Robbo & the Roosters develop players rather than buying established stars at other clubs that you have to pay a premium for.
If Hass wanted to come to the Chooks for about 500 to 600k then I would be interested but if the Chooks didnt get him Im not interested in raiding the Titans to get Tino.
This wanting to buy established stars at other clubs doesnt win you comps, I guarantee you the Bulldogs wont win the comp next year they wont even come close, they will improve but they wont make the 8.
Developing players & buying 1 or 2 marquee players who more than likely would be spine players is the way to go.

Fair enough, I was only saying in the case that we were interested in signing someone. I would love to see Toku, Naufahu, Baker and Butcher all develop.
