Team Jersey/Kit question

I gather 2 sets of jersey's are taken to each game - one the player wears during the game and a spare jersey if the other one is damaged and or for wet weather.

Question - How often are the jersey's replaced ? - New one for each game or when its damaged - ditto for Shorts and Socks

I think they can get a new jumper anytime.
I would think that new jumpers are supplied every game due to blokes playing different positions. Manu would have a number 1, 2, 3 & 6 jumper, he wouldn't be using Hutchinson number 6 or Ikuvalus number 2 jumper.
Some players may have a superstition that if they won the player gets the jumper washed & wears it again next week if they lose get rid of the jumper. Some other players superstition maybe that they like a brand new one every game & then give it away to someone after the match.
