[QUOTE=RoosterBoi;n911015]After I bulit my predicted 2022 lineup, I thought of a question for everyone to debate upon with everyone building their own lineups cause personally it's a fun thing to do especially during the off-season.
I pose the question: What does the Roosters look like in 2025?
I gave myself 2 rules when building the squad:
1. I must stick with developing players from within.
2. I limited myself to 3 signings to fill out the roster.
Now this is fantasy and we don't know if certain players are going to turn out be good or not but I've mainly built the team around younger players at the club currently and assumed that certain players have moved on (Retirement/Left the club). To be specific - Tedesco, Tupou, Keary, JWH, TKO have retired at this point.
For what its worth
1. Suaalii
2. Graham-Taufa
3. Graham-Taufa
4. Lomax
5. Karawalevu
6. Walker
7. Volkmann
8. Collins
9. Smith
10. Tapuha
11. Sitili
12. Momirovski
13. Radley
14. Watson
15. Whyte
16. Baker
17. Atoni

I’m just going to end this thread so it disappears because it’s silly. Realistically the roosters have already managed to build a team that will last at least 5-10 years. The whole who are we signing is silly cause a) we don’t know what young players will appear b) we don’t know who will be a breakout player c) we don’t know what will become of the salary cap. Further we know that roosters only go to the market for a game changer and the only young player I can definitely see being a game changer for the future is Matt Bruton who I will guarantee if he lives up to his name the bulldogs will not let go and the roosters will not pay overs. The only reason we got Tedesco is because the tigers were a mess. Further it’s silly to regard injuries cause the game is rough and what wrong tackle can spell the end of a career so saying I’m not going to include this player because of injuries is silly. When taking this into account the team u can really only take into account Is
1 tedesco
2 smith
3 sualii
4 manu
5 vk
6 walker
7 keary
8 collins
9 verrills
10 tuku
11 e butcher
12 crichton
13 radley
14 watson
15 baker
16 whyte
17 sitili
