If the lady was Vietnamese what made her think squid games has anything to do with her? South Korean and Vietnamese cultures are unrelated. Asia is a vast continent with many cultures who do not care much for each other. In Asia there is a sliding scale of standard racism. Koreans are very racist towards Japanese (due to their history) and think even less of Chinese and even less of Thais, Vietnamese, Indonesians and people from the Phillipines. When I lived in Korea men would drive past me and yell things like, "Hey Yankee", "America #1", etc. Should I have been offended?
