He would be great all for our younger lads especially those young boxers in the Vaa’s as well… I am surprised he hasn’t already been offered a role maybe he has but turned it down?

Wait a minute...boxers?
Boxing equals concussions, by its very nature.
Most of our young future stars are boxers?
Hope by the time they get to first grade their brains are not damaged too much.

Wonder if some people are more susceptible to concussions and those with a stronger chin in boxing are less likely to have a glass jaw in footy?

No science in this but my understanding is that a common cause of concussion is your head being jerked back without absorbing the blow adequately. Obviously footy involves no padding and knees/elbows/solid dirt smashing against your head. However, boxers develop really strong neck muscles so that they can absorb the impact of punches without getting concussed. Wonder if these guys can learn stuff from boxing? That or... would selecting boxers inherently pick people who are less susceptible to concussions? (IMO some people are just built in a way that they're not as resilient to head knocks).
