I don't want him ever to wera the Roosters colours.
I wouldn't swap Jared, or TKO or Lindsay for him.
Big islanders like him are coming through in their hundreds, The Va'a boys for example.
Paying big money for Haas would be a waste.
It's not about swapping. Jared and Taka will be done in 2025. It's about succession planning.

Please have a look at his stats for this season, by all means compare them to Jaz & TKO, and let me know in what areas he is deficient.
Haas is immense and phenomenal for his age.

But what Jared brings can't be measured in stats. Similar to Morley in his day.

JWH is about so much more than stats - the intangibles that separate the great ones. Leadership on the field and in the sheds, fear inducing, aggression, inspiration, and iron curtain like defence that no stat truly measures.

We will be very lucky should we replace JWH with Haas. But it's a testament to Jared's greatness that even Haas will likely be unable to fill that void.

i think one of jareds main pluses is intimidation. he is a bully . he is a grub, some on here disagree , but go jump on any other supporter site and you will see.

in short he is a bully, teams need bullies to win premierships.

haas has huge potential and i would to see him in rwb.

How old will Keary & Teddy be in 2024?
I dont think Keary will be around in 2024 & I would think it would be Teddys last season if he is still going.

32 and 31 respectively. Can't see any reason why they won't still both be playing good footy

Yeah recent times have shown players start to slow down closer to 33/34 these days rather than 30/31 like it was back in the day.

Brett Morris is an example of an athletic based player actually getting better past 34, so who knows.

The best players of the past decade have played their best footy post 30.

The concussions are the biggest threat to both but clearly Keary (say them together after a few beers)

If they both play as long as Cronk/Slater they've got years left to go yet.

That’s why I’m still disappointed to have missed out on TPJ.

We have the same forward pack now as we had in 18/19 where we went back to back? Not sure what your point is here…and if you don’t think JWH and Collins are intimidating props, then you must watch footy with your eyes glued shut

Were you disappointed when TPJ went into the fetal position on the ground when Radley smashed him?

Not at all. Everyone gets smashed by Rads. Would be great if we didn’t have to reply on just Rads to do the smashing though.

If you want to back to that game anyway, I remember Rads getting binned twice in a losing side and the other bloke setting up tries in a winning one.
