I was watching the Joe Rogan Experience yesterday and our former strength/training coach got a big shout out. The guest was a guy called Ben Patrick who is known as the Knees Over Toes Guy. It is a particular kind of training that apparently is excellent at strengthening the knees and developing flexibility. The guy has developed quite a following and he gave our former staff member a huge shout out as one of the originators of this approach. Rogan's podcast is the most watched on the planet so I thought it was pretty interesting.
