I always thought it was the Australian selectors who selected the Clive Churchill medallist and the likes of Fulton and McCarthy who very responsible for some atrocious picks like Brad McKay for the dragons when the broncos beat them.

I know many won't agree but I'd prefer to see the CC come from the winning team. If a losing player had such a huge impact on the result of a GF than their team should have won. It's not like cricket where a batter can score a big ton or a bowler take 5 wickets and still be on the losing side.
