Spot on Chook, that's how I saw it too. Pearce definitely stripped burgess and I remember thinking "well, that's one for the Roosters finally and I'm happy to take it given the many poor calls the Roosters have had."

I'm sitting there watching the game and it all seemed so familiar and so depressing - the Roosters getting unfair treatment at the hands of the refs while the other team gets away with the SAME stuff the Roosters are getting penalised. This REALLY REALLY sh1ts me LARGE.

The measure for me in the penalty count is the number of discretionary penalties versus the number of mandatory penalties for this is the true indicator of the refs only policing the Roosters. Arrrrrggggggghhhhhh.
