So what is fixing your ball drop, does that mean 1 of his testicles pops out the bottom of his shorts?
Should he wear the bamboo undies or the tradie undies that keep your tackle from falling?
All about the following with kicking - Ivan Cleary credits the improvement in Nathan Cleary's kicking game from when he went down to the Mighty Richmond Tigers for a day for tips on improving his kicking game etc.

Volkman shat all over the other halves. Who was that halfback? Pretty average game tbh.

Lam no longer even in the discussion. I remember when he first came on the scene he looked much better than he does now. His confidence is shot to bits and he's gone backwards. I wonder what his mate Tedesco thinks watching him bumble around.

Yeah Hutch is still more versatile so I'd pick him. I'd also have Adam Keighran slightly in front as well even though he's been utilised as a centre as of late.

But ... I will say this, Volkman definitely over Lam !

The lad can play and those that know and have played and coached the game at the top level rate him.

Sandon Smith was the halfback, he’s in the SG Ball squad for this year comes from Kincumber.

Robinson rates him very highly. Looked off the pace but he wasn’t alone out there plenty of young kids getting a taste for the first time, they’ll be better for the experience .

I'm on the Volks wagon. He looks dangerous.

Any chance he could be used as a hooker? He reminds me of a chunkier Craig Wing.

Yeh I said this last year, I thought his clearest path into first grade would be as a utility. However the Watson signing has made that a little less clear now.

Could he handle the defensive load? The most important part of playing in the middle.

He’d probably be behind Manu in the pecking order.

Well said by King Salvo regarding the 'armchair nevilles' lol.

The Chook Pen always blows up in exaggeration whenever there is a new halves prospect. But especially with halves, what is between the ears plays such an important role in whether they will be successful or not. Even if they technically brilliant, many don't make it or are not at such a high standard.

                            Volkman is talented.

But i've got to wonder who are these people with rocks in their head that pronouce "start him Round 1 Robbo!'

He's built like a small block of concrete so I can't see why not.

Fair enough but that doesn’t mean he can tackle. There is a huge difference between defending 3 in and defending in the middle. Not saying he can’t handle cause I haven’t seen enough of him. He’d be very low in the pecking order to get a hooking spot, especially with some bloke from Melbourne joining next year. We will have so many hookers we could open a brothel!
