I thought we'd be unbeatable when we signed Wallabies Ken Wright, and later Brett Papworth!

Was looking forward to seeing Fatty Vautin as well, but he turned out to be worse than disappointing. He never even looked interested!

You're thinking of Peter Clarke. Phil was a Pommy international back rower

O’Sullivan is a very good organizing number 7 with a excellent kicking game IMO. He had a top game last night & if the Dogs were watching I’d go after him if I was them.

Same with Samisoni Langi, wasn't he traded from the Dogs for Sam Perrett?

Pretty sure he will be the starting 7 at the Dolphins next year...

I wasn't particularly impressed. Despite Manly having some shocking calls go against them (two in try scoring situations), the scoreboard only really opened up towards the end when Manly were jiggered.

IMO Walker and Keary are both significantly better than SOS... who we only signed because he's POS' son.

He is a great guy, awesome father, comes from a great family. I interviewed him when he arrived at the Roosters. But for me JP du Plessis. Outside of the Roosters the hilarious play out of Greg Smith at the Knights. It still makes me laugh.

Firstly I’m not comparing O’Sullivan to Keary or Walker
Secondly the Panthers were the ones robbed of 2 tries.

That’s because he wasn’t on the gear whilst with us.

Absolutely. It’s the key they are missing there. All their big signings and they still appear rudderless.

Sam Obst is a good one...I never thought he was going to be special but Artie sure loved him!
Soward also.... loved watching that Presidents Cup team and looked forward to his arrival in first grade, but was never given a go, attitude problems I heard... was good and one a comp but never great!
Papworth showed glimpses of brilliance but just never could stay on the field... he is one player I would have loved to have seen prosper!

So many others listed made me giggle... the memories!

I wouldn’t say they were robbed at all but I will say it was just jumping practice for Luai and a few of his mates.

I thought O’Sullivan’s passing game was top notch yesterday. That pass when he put Critchton through was outstanding. Took a lot of pressure of Luai as well
