How do we get Teddy, Keary, Rads, JWH, Critchton and friends to fire?

Not saying these guys should be sacked but seeing JWH and Crichton on the bench says something!!! People who are talented and need to be performing simply aren't firing.

Aside from the old 'sack eeeem' or 'send em to the Bears for some park foodeee', what's needed to make these guys fire?

Frankly, it's embarrassing seeing 80 minutes of footy where we're defending the line the whole time, have no flair in attack and cough the ball up every time the refs try giving us a leg-up.

I'd be happy if Robbo's old 'I want them to play footy, not go into their shells' was resulting in us playing some ambitious, adventurous, attacking footy. However, we're not even doing that! Around about the 70 minute mark against Souffs I saw 1 or 2 enterprising runs but other than that, it was like we were trying to minimise our losses rather than win the game.

What's happened to our big guns? How do we get better from here?!? If you're on $1m a season (or close) to play awesome footy and you're not playing awesome footy then you're like my mirror guy who doesn't actually make mirrors (we've been waiting 3 months for a laser-cut mirror and they still can't give us a solid progress update). Somebody needs to call these guys up and pester them until they take their finger out and play some proper footy!

Unfortunately because of the salary cap it can't be done but 20k a win and a gorilla a loss would be an incentive for all players.

For the record, Jazz started on the bench every game until Rnd 9 last year. It’s not a new thing, and it means nothing. He usually builds into the season, I’m sure he’ll do the same this year and be making huge contributions by the last third of the season if not before.
