Carr is on the extended bench and not in the 30 player squad nor a development contracted player so a situation such as last season would need to occur for him to possibly get a run - and they don't want that again

It's a big mistake not playing Keighran in place of Smith.
Too small?
He played ok at left centre last season when tried, and kicked 3 goals from the sideline to win us a match, if I remember correctly.
Ideally my preferred winger would be bigger, stronger, faster...like Coates.

We dont know if Smith was dropped or out injured/illness - Surely journalism 101 though is to ask and report on why he has been been omitted - All NRL late mail says is " Billy Smith has been replaced on the wing by veteran Kevin Naiqama"

Right. Personally, I found that time of the month made me.....hmm never rmind. Imagine if you men had to deliver the offspring. I guess we'll never know.
I think we should give Naigama a fair go but I just hope he offers a bit more than he's shown to date. I always thought he was pretty good in attack for the Tigpies. I sidn't really watch him close enough to notice his defence.

Properly would rather Billy on the wing instead of Naiqama, his defends was very weak in reserve grade, when Sualli returns I’d like to see him take the spot at winger.
