The next 3 weeks will see if Fitzy & his Sharkies can become title contenders.
They are back in the top 4 & over the next 3 games they play the Storm, Cowboys, Penrith the 3 teams above them.
Dont tell me you wouldnt like to see the Sharks get over those 3. Dale Finucane & Hynes have been sensational buys for the Sharks, Fitzy was very astute in his recruiting.

Fitzy is a great guy and if we miss out I'll be cheering for him.

And yet his mentor schooled him when we towelled up the sharks.

That's what I've been saying for years Mickie..when other clubs recruit, its called an 'astute signing'..when the Roosters do it, it's called 'poaching'..

But yes, as much as I have hated the Sharks since childhood, I'd like to see at least 2 of those teams go down on account of Fitzy being their coach..

I think you might be on the money with the first one mate.

The second one, I don't think we need him but many will disagree.

Unfortunately finishing about 10th & not making the top 4, or worse even the top 8 with a rep level stacked team means we should take anyone we can get. We are desperate . On paper our list is superior to everyone except Penrith,Storm & maybe Eels, so to not make the 8 means we have the wrong blokes, or blokes that just don’t care.
Either way we desperately need players & I’d be happy if half the squad was pushed out the door as they won’t take us where we need to.
