    24 MAN SQUAD v BRONCO'S

A pretty solid performance last week, but just how solid was it? It's hard to get a real measure on that when the Cows were down to 12 players for 30 minutes. What I don't want to see is another crappy performance. This week-on week-off stuff is just not acceptable.

The Bronco's are not playing well and are down a few troops this week. Contain their forwards and we will lap them. We should give them a real touch up if we play properly, in fact with our draw we should win the next 5, and really entrench ourselves in the top 4.

Changes from last week are minimal .... Verrills and Suaalii added to the extended bench. We'll see who starts at hooker, but my money is on Hutch.

    GO EASTS !!

Broncos have really stuck it to us the last couple of times we've played, probably should have beaten us both time to be honest. Hopefully we build on last week, I'm over this on again off again start to the season

Too hyped up last time we played them because of Friend's farewell.
We should be fine this time.
        I wonder if Haas plays.

good chance for us to build momentum. no reason we can't win the next five but the broncos will want to dig deep at home after two disappointing losses

Verrills must be very close if not a week or two away max to be starting. Glad that Suluka-Fifita has been named on the bench again, we will need his size against the Bronx pack and hopefully he gets some decent minutes on the park.

Jury is still out on Naiqama for me personally but he's got another week/round to prove himself which is a fair call.

According to reports, the NRL will hand down a combination of fines and match suspension by tonight or tomorrow to both Haas and Kelly. Haas notably has breached a ‘Good Behaviour Bond’ issued by NSW Police from his indiscretions last year, in relation to the most recent incident. The NRL will come down hard on him irrespective of the issue or who was at fault etc for "bringing the game into disrepute".

Both will miss out on the game against us.

interestingly suaalii named on the bench unlike last week. seems like robbo's taking an easy does it approach with him. barring injury, won't play this week but he might play sooner rather than later.
billy smith not named again - don't know what's happening with him

Billy Smith is out apparently due to an undisclosed injury he sustained last week leading up to the Cowboys match. Possibly he picked it up against playing Souths but there wasn't nothing obvious so all indication points to him picking up an injury from training.

Don't know if named as #24 means much but has Baker dropped that far down the list?
I thought he went ok when he played this year.
