  • J.W.H. talents are being wasted!

Why isn't he being played as a wide ranging runner in the Tallis, Creagh, etc.mould? He's big and looks fast. He just hangs around with the "pigs" in the middle of the park taking hit ups. He's wasted. He's not a 8 or 10, he's an 11 or 12

he is more important in the middle. thats why we have second rowers or utility centres/second rowers

I hope you're right. That would be awesome news and a great boost to the team's morale.

At the moment, he is the only one running up consistently through the middle. If you made him a wide runner, we would be even softer up the middle. Once Kennedy gets his fitness back, it will help a lot. Tasi is still too raw and Mose needs a cattle prod.

becasue of with our current game plan of one out stuff and inside ball he would never get a run out wide

I agree man but that also seems to be one of the problems with our team. All these blokes are so good on the edges but nobody is doing much up the middle. Defensively, Penrith tore us up through the middle. FPN should be doing more there but he is a lazy coconut who only performs when the sun, stars and moon are all aligned to his liking.

FPN is a complete waste of space with a heart the size of a pea, I can't believe Smith continually picks him when he has Takarangi and Bosden who are much better and who actually give a shit.

I've been saying this to anyone who will listen ever since he joined us.
Hope he does re-sign........he is good for my blood pressure!

Bryan Fletcher used to be planted out in the centres from scrums with us feeding inside opposition's 40 metre zone. I can't see the harm in doing the same with JWH, he would be a handful for their backs to defend against

There aren't many players that wouldn't have a bit of shart in their shorts seeing this run at them.

                              Do you watch games?

Every team in attack from a scrum has forwards in the backline every team defending from a scrum has forwards in their bacline. The game has become 1 out. It's starting to get boring.

3 things i would do if I was the coach.

                              1. Instead of 1 out running, I would have all the forwards off loading to a support runner even 2 passes off the ruck. Running up 1 out is so predictable & it's boring.
                              2. If the Roosters are in the opposition half & their is a scrum with our feed or a tap kick from a penalty, I would have all the backs in the backline, I would have a move, a run around a cut out pass a switch pass anything.
                              3. I would perfect the short kick off. I would have our kickers become the best at it. I would have our outside taller backs trained to catch the short high kick off.
