    Thats juicy for the Dragons.
If you can afford to lose $10 thats a good bet at $4.25. They're a chance.

Anyway, a very intelligent man who has been successful in the security game and is now retired. Tom grew up in the district and played fullback in the juniors. Was a bit of a stand out and was expected to make first grade until Matt Dufty came along, who I think was a year younger than Tom and was hyped as a world beater. Anyhow, Dufty became the preferred choice and so Tom left, looking for opportunity. Went to Canterbury, got a couple of games there but never set the world on fire. Looks to have added a few kilos of muscle since then - and needed to - years of lifting weights will do that. Looks like a smart, reliable footballer, a good finisher and a good team man. Would never let you down but seems to have found a good place at Norths and I think that's his level.
Tom Carr actually got banned for 2 years for using a banned substance, which he claims was from a tainted supplement.

His dad is part of the interview and you can tell he is a good man. Tom works down in the shire at a PT at Reborn where a fair few NRL boys train (Morris boys for example).

Why are we such favourites when we are playing absolute shithouse? Had to come from behind to beat two rubbish teams the last two weeks. Plus it’s Anzac Day so Dragons should grow a leg and don’t all teams aim up against us?

It would take a lot more than $42.50 to compensate me for a Roosters loss verses Saints on Anzac Day. $42,500 would cushion the blow but not $42.50. Can’t even get a case of beer for that.

Just play a bit of two-up rather than bet against your team

Agree mate about the Anzac Day game.

It's interesting the bookies do keep us very safe.

Even to win the comp we are clear third favourites at $7 ahead of:

                Sharks $8
                Parra $11
                Souths $17
                Manly $21

Bit different to some thoughts expressed here.

Apparently some goof ball yelled out something during the minute of silence at last night's game at suncrap. Then another fan got into a punch up with him. Hopefully there isn't an incident at our game. It's so disrespectful to not keep your mouth shut during a minute of silence. And then to start a fight. A couple of morons who clearly have nothing but air inbetween their ears

lordteddy thanks for sharing that mate. I didn't know anything about him being banned and it's pretty heart wrenching to watch that video - you can hear the hurt in his Dad's voice. He is a good man. I hope Tom kicks on and makes it right.

Booze is sold at the ground.
The ANZAC Diggers of Gallipoli and men and women of our armed forces since would be tough enough to cope with the disrespect of one or more drunken or just no- idea fools in the crowd, so it's best to just ignore them.
Punching people is a crime...one punch can kill.

I agree we should be favourites but not such hot favourites.
