If you were a classy young NRL player wouldn't you want to stay with a club that is going to develop you, respect you and offer you a great career with a chance at playing finals and rep footy? I don't think there are that many clubs that can offer this. Joseph seems like a young man who understands this.

I imagine that unlike Latrell Mitchell he understands that 100K here or there matters very little at the end of a successful career.
