IMO the Dragons' defence was legitimately pretty decent and we hadn't done our research on it.
Doggies will be hoping that Cleary's lost brother (Flanno) has a cracker, Ado-Carr scores heaps of full hectic 80m tries and Pangai Jnr rag-dolls our forwards around like... actually I'll stop there! They're hoping for a miracle and all we've gotta do is play some farking footy today!!!
PS - be prepared for some intelligent, well balanced commentary from Gus Gould and Joey Johns. Can't wait to hear from those two legends of this game. Oh and Sonny Biiiiiiiilll!!! Bruh did you see that hectic run from SBW?!? My thighs are gonna be as big as his forearms after I finish my next cycle, bruh!

I don't really care who does it, but someone needs to take charge of the team in attack. Whether it's Keary or Walker is irrelevent, but we need someone to be the dominant half. I think that's been our main issue. We have so many players, Keary, Walker, Radley and Teddy all crying out for the ball and I think that's been our biggest issue. Someone needs to be the general. We were so dominant in our first few games last year when Keary was the man, and we saw what he could do against the Storm in 18. I hope he steps up today, or at least we begin to see the change of him taking more and more control of the side.

always a good day when you get to watch the roosters. it was one way traffic in the second half last week and we'll be looking to build on that performance.
unusual to have the same 18th man two weeks running so maybe keighran comes in for kev.

I care who takes charge. It’s Keary’s job. He’s our halfback. He’s our experienced leader. He’s the one who Robbo told us was ready to lead the team. It’s time for him to step up. Returning from a major knee injury can no longer be used as an excuse in round 8. Not that he himself is using this excuse. Teddy needs to choose his moments. He needs to take a backward step. Let the halves make the plays and he can be there as support.
He's not a half back capable of steering the team around the field.
For that Trent should be looking elsewhere.
Time Walker is trained to do that.
We're not going anywhere in a hurry this year, so now is the time.
Or if Walker must be in the team, drop Keary and play Hutch or Lam at 7.
Or play Radley no7...he is said on this forum to be a good organiser.

To be fair, from what I remember NRL Physio posted ages ago, it takes longer then just the 12 months to get your speed and agility back post ACL. 12 month to play, then another 6-8 months to get the speed back.
