Also gifted them the second try running in off his wing despite no overlap. Future prospect maybe due to size but not anytime soon.

Yeah, I realised soon after I posted. Half time now, 12-6 to the Dogs. All of our forwards are playing well, but the player really standing out to me is Marschke.

Totally agree. We need someone to take charge, otherwise we are simply a 25 letter alphabet team.

                why am I worried?
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

"Ladies game today..."Knights got heaps of penalties, Roosters seemed to only get one ..neck holding was prolific and 3 penalties were awarded for it, not to the Roosters" - little lady who sits in the recliner.

Yeah the props went pretty well.
Not sure about Karawele the fijian winger. Ordinary in defence and disinterested at times, but runs well.
Atoni didn't seem to do much............can't see him in the frame for first grade anytime soon.

                    May deserves man of match.

Will complacency kill us today? We have no reason to be complacent after the first 7 rounds. Can someone tell the players this.

If the talk is consistent with the action, I expect a significant improvement in today’s performance.
Maybe Walker will start playing more halfback to free Keary up with his running game?
This is where Rads holds the key with being first receiver to unlock both halves.

This is potentially a statement game - smash the Dogs and get a boost in confidence, or another frustrating week of clunky footy.

Go Easts and hopefully the former!!

Yep and its getting the basic stuff right so you can build up to the flash.

How many points would we need to win by to make a statement? It’s the Bulldogs.

How bad is Mark Carroll’s commentary. Offers absolutely zero insight. Makes Blocker look like Einstein.

I thought he was just there to tell us old Manly stories about Hasler and Bozo.
