  • Do we have too many chiefs????

    and not enough Indians?

For mine it looks like Walker, Keary and Tedesco are all trying to run the show....could possibly throw Rads in as well. All thats happening is that they are getting in each others way or going sideways.

Maybe Robbo needs to clearly define their roles? Or who should be the chief?

Good call. The halfback is the chief. Except our Halfback is a proper 5/8, and our halfback is not our 1st receiver because our lock is.

I think we should get Bellamy in to help out at training for a week.

he may be able to teach the basics like finding touch, tackling, patience, kicking for goal, all while our other coaches try and over complicate the game.

I'd move Keary back to 5/8th. Maybe Walker needs a rest?

Agreed! Keary is a specialist 5/8 and walker should be playing halfback

Sam walker needs to sit back let Keary rule and work on his decision making/time to come into the game... Robbo aint a halves coach, let keary run the ship...

I don't buy the longterm halfback plan for Keary when Walker is admittedly going to be still playing in the halves once keary retires.

Does it mean that Sam will always be 5/8 and someone like sandon Smith will walk onto the halfback role?

The teams problems won't be fixed by a number change alone, but you have to start somewhere. The makeup of the team atm is not building to anything, they're going backwards.

I always liked radley being the "tip of the spear" in our attacking structure, yet as I mentioned previously it's become very well defended.
