There have been some over the top reactions, but far from being ungrateful at how privileged we are as Roosters fans - I think most on her are just utterly bewildered at how a virtually full strength Roosters team can be going so much worse than the team that was missing 10-12 players last year.

Losses to abject turd burger teams like the Knights, Dragons and Bulldogs. No more than 14 pts scored in either of those losses when teams now score for fun.

It's just baffling. There was every reason to believe we'd close the gap on the Panthers and Storm this year. They both lost key players. We gained almost a dozen players in a sense. But the gap is... bigger?

A real head scratcher. But we'll stick solid even though there's no chance of a Premiership in 2022. Happy to just enjoy the ride. Even if it keeps breaking down!

I hope what is meant by "i Stand by My Club " includes all the Junior and Senior rep teams and players including the Women's Roosters teams who are certainly doing more than their bit for the Club by winning the NRLW and Tarsha Gale(Under 19's) comps and the NSW Women's Country Championships ( Central Coast Roosters).

Time for the Male players to step up one would say especially the NRL Male players

The old tub is not sinking, she has $500m in the 'bank' ("teach a man to fish")...and is not going anywhere.

Just a matter of fully adjusting to rugba leeg. (Dogs' defence was very good, now basically being coached by Gould).

Oh, and the Eels also had a bad night at the office, got run over by the ...too BIG, too STRONG, too FAST Cowboys in Darwin.


Bet Eels HQ is sorry it decided to play an FNQ team in the Darwin sauna.
Roosters did it once, played Wests, got thrashed from memory, little lady and I nearly melted in the tropical sauna heat. We went to Townsville a few times for the footy, hot, humid, but Darwin is worse.

The old tub may be tarted up with a bit of glitter, but sorry BB....... she's taking water.

Look I'm not denigrating the team, I'm as passionate as any of our supporters, yes we're in a slump, how long, who knows.

For sure!!! Can definitely say my life's had tougher times than backing a top-8 footy team with a 50% win rate that's still discovering its attacking mojo on the back of multiple serious injuries in 2021.

If I just spat the dummy and quit on everything that got this 'bad', I doubt I woulda received 90% of the gifts that life has given me (that or I woulda prematurely thrown them away at the first sign that they needed some sorta love/care/support/patience in order to grow).

We’ve just lost too many legends with very poor replacements to fill their shoes. Until we rebuild we are going to experience a lot of frustration. Momorovski, Butcher, Sitilli and others are just nowhere near the quality of the Morris twins or Aubs, Cords, Mitchell, Cronk or Friendy. The current replacements are just very ordinary with poor ball skills and weak in both attack and defence. These replacements are not going to set the world on fire. Suuali is the only decent replacement. The rest 2nd grade quality. Momorovski shouldn’t even be in the team. He stuffs up so much.

All his fault we lost yesterday. He missed 3 tackles in the warmup and knocked on twice.

Bondi United A-Grade got thrashed something to 4 at Waverley Oval this afternoon. The scoreboard was not in operation and I lost count of the amount of tries the opposition Sydney Uni scored. Was approximately 7 or 8.

Bondi’s try came late in the game and off a Sydney Uni error right on their own try line. The crowd was very boisterous and I counted it to be 114. They were unaffected by alcohol which was not served but you’d never had known it. Best for United was their tall skinny winger ‘Daniel’. Their number 26 who looked like he carrying a case of beer around his waste was also strong.
