Also a whinging "woe is me" Roosters fan must come across to a Tigers/Knights/Warriors/Eels fan the same way a whinging Man Utd fan would come across to an Oldham Athletic fan.

We still support the most successful club side this century in terms of Premierships won. The pain of these losses is still being buffeted by the back to back Premierships.

It's not that I care less. It's just that b2b was my footy following dream and given their recency I've been taking losses so much better because it felt like I climbed Everest only a few years ago.

    Perspective.

I wore my Roosters cap in the park today, with my 10 yr old son.
And I will attend the Rooster home games for the rest of the year, despite how we are travelling.
When we play the Storm & Panthers, I expect our side will be taught a football lesson.
I will also go to the Roosters finals games this year, until we are knocked out.
I took Roosters at 8-1 at the beginning of the season, and I recently took another bet on the Storm at $3.80.
I hate to say it, but the Storm are playing beautiful football at the moment.
They are playing like a team. The ball is moving so fluently and effortlessly along their backline..
Sort of like the Roosters used to play.

Emotions run high after a loss, but support of my team never wanes. Through good and bad times, winter or summer, I wear my roosters gear whenever I’m not at work or at a formal function.
A loss is always hard to take , whether it be to the team leading the comp, or the one at the bottom, but I live in the hole that the next game will wipe out the residue of the loss.
        Go Roosters

            Well said.

Expected quite a few negative posts on here in the wake of the loss.

But what I actually saw was ridiculous - legit calls for 'Robbo to be sacked, Keary to be sacked etc. 'The season is over' etc.

A few of our fans are way too spoilt and can't cope with inevitable losses.

I guess we've been spoiled lately.
Still, when I woke up this morning, after I worked out where the hell I was............my first rational thought was "damn, we lost to the berries".

              Success makes us greedy.

I attended for around 9 years and went to just about every single game before I ever saw us make the semis. Some of you will drop off like flies with every loss we have.

Yes sure you are entitled to critique performances and players but some of your comments on here are just ridiculous and some of you have shocking memories. If you can’t get behind the club than jump off the bandwagon.

I can’t wait for the next game. The bad times make the good times even more enjoyable. Our boss won’t put up with mediocrity. We play for premierships every year. We will get back on track soon.

I’ll be wearing a Roosters cap or shirt when I go out today. I’m always proud of my club and love to show my support.

Don't think by people stating other obvious that players are not having a dig or that the coach maybe needing to make some changes in the team or in the coaching should be implied that they , we or I are fair weather supporters or somehow love the Roosters less .The facts are there and we are not playing bro the standard we should be and we haven't adapted well to the new rules and state of the game .We are slow , our forwards have no mongrel and as said before the inflictor has lost his mojo .

Anyone who thinks that the Roosters players have not put in an effort over the last couple of weeks is not watching the game.
Our forwards have suffocated the Dragons and Dogs in the second half of both matches.
Problem is, we cannot finish them off when they are at our mercy.
And we have given them soft points in the first half.
Its most likely a problem that will again manifest itself against the Drizzle and Riff.
But I will continue to support the team as long as they put in the effort.

Yep, it’s pretty silly to suggest Robbo enjoys losing! Maybe he prefers to do the hard stuff with the players behind closed doors. Maybe that’s why he’s considered to be such a great people manager. You don’t see old Bennett bag his players that often at the pressers either.

sack Maguire? What About Flanagan he can maybe help us get his son back?

Maybe a coach can stay too long at a club. ? Although too early in the season to call but maybe Robbo's time may be soon.
