It's an unavoidable downside to inner city homes - vermin infestation.

There's going to be a lot of traffic on the pitch with 2 league teams a rugby side and a soccer team which will lead to a lot of wear and tear.

Surely they will only get a few games at best! This makes me sick to my core! You’d imagine Homebush would be pulling out all stops to keep em, they need them there for throughput.

It bugs me that suddenly they take a game to Gosford every year now too.

Don’t worry it’s organic grass and certified by an independent expert by the name of Bradley Fittler. It will contain enough minerals to be walked on bare foot.

Yes I was going to post something about that as they would have their eyes on that growing juniors area (both Female and Male)- when does the agreement with the Central Coast expire?- Roosters need to get a permanent arrangement in place and possibly with the Bears as well. Manly and Newcastle would be eyeing off the Central Coast as well

The Vermin are also investing heavily out my way - Macarthur/Group 6 - Running School Holiday Clinics , School and Junior Development programs. Manly as well as they had 7 juniors from out this way playing in their Harold Matthews and SG Ball teams this year.

The Verm would be playing all their home games at the new SFS if they move from Homebush.

The Verm can get out of the Homebush deal as they signed up on the basis that it was to be converted to a rectangular ground- that has fallen through with that fundng re-allocated to suburban grounds - Penrith for starters.

I thought Kogarah and Brookvale were on the upgrade list as well?

I’m glad Souths are going to play out of the new stadium, it’s going to be mad for footy fans & when the Ol Roosters v Souths game comes around it’s going to be pumping.

All these memberships, support, ownership from wealthy and high-profile people and yet you rejects can't even find your own site and build your own stadium ? So much for being "the pride" of the league ! .... more like the "ass" of the league !

Easts aren't happy at all with this, and are prepared to go as far as the Premier Dom to change it. Could get messy.

Have already invested in new stadium incl Centre of Excellence.

Feels the ssme as Souths building a new mega stadium at Redfern Oval and we lob up to play our homies there. Would never happen.

The government hasn't spent s sh1t load of money to have the new ground not used as much as possible.
We have zero say in who can play there unless Uncle Nick wants to buy it.

I don't care either way, I would be happy for us to play at Parramatta every home game to save me a trip into the city.
They currently have a contract to play at Olympic Park and I don't see that changing, maybe a few games at the new stadium a season but not full-time.
But if they do move to the new stadium so be it, will make zero difference to me.
