well, that game was a bit good huh...I think Sammy and Luke still got some linking to do , but its improving...and for a nice change , I cant yell at the ref (Ashley Klein, Gerard Sutton and Ben Cummins take fkn notes)...
3 Tedesco
2 Walker
1 Bondi Joe ....of course, there are 3-4 others but what can you do

I like watching some of the old games especially the goal kickers - players scratching around for dirt so the kicker can build a mound later replaced by the ball ball running on with a bucket of sand/dirt for the goal kicker.
Also the old rules and the scrums too.
1975 Grand Final Johnny Mayes scored a try which nowadays would not be allowed - Bruce Picket brought the ball back from a Dragons kick and linked with Monkey Mayes who scores under the post - Mayes nowadays has to be behind the play the ball or get back on side to be involved in such a play

Late post but a much improved performance from Easts. No side to side rubbish. We were direct, not anywhere near perfect but the signs were there. Good recovery from a torrid couple of performances. Teddy was excellent because he didn't overplay his hand, Keary was more assured and Walker tried all night.
Good to see Robbo giving Sitili something to ponder aswell because his defensive efforts and reads have not been first grade standard on that edge. He is better suited off the bench going forward IMO.

Much better effort from the boys tonight with the forwards laying a platform through jwh and Gus were terrific .

Crichton was rubbish,
Conflicting opinions here on the Pen.
If Crichton has been playing as badly as some say, maybe the coach might give him a stint on the bench.
There is something already afoot, as Crichton was moved from Right edge to Left edge.
And there is no argument from me on the Sitili bench selection this week.
Trent is tinkering with the make-up of the team.
I will go with any selection that the coach makes, and any selection out of the top 23 players is fine with me, as there will always be a good reason for it.
Trent is smarter than all of us, despite everyone on here being a resident "expert"..

not lindsay's best game - the sin binning was the right call
I thought Lindsay ran with some purpose during the Titans game, and ran harder than he had been doing in previous weeks.
Maybe he is now growing in confidence after the ACL injury.
IMO he and Tauks were our best forwards
The sin- binning was unfortunate, and he will be suspended.
We might miss him in the eels game
