The commentators on Fox are banging on about the Storm beating the record for the most points scored by a team after the first 9 rounds of a season. That record was previously held by the Roosters way back in 1935. Last year, the Storm happened to break the Roosters' record for the most points scored after 17 games in one year.
I'm guessing that if they adjusted the 1935 points tally, for tries and field goals (3 points vs 4 points and 2 points vs 1 point), the Roosters would still hold the record.
