  • Who else thinks Keiragn should partner Manu in the centres?

I feel the side would be stronger. I remember Keiragn carving up Parra last year. It would also mean our tries would be worth 6 instead of 4.

I wouldn’t be knocking Sam Walker’s goal kicking ability. How many has he missed since that great sideline conversation against Brisbane? How many did he kick from out wide verse Titans?

It would be a bonus to have 2 good goalkickers. He has a longer range than Walker as well.

Yep I’d be happy with that. And give him time to settle in the as well

The 4 to 6 meant squat against the dogs, where he had the chances to keep us in the hunt, but failed miserably.

No I don't agree. AK is very average imo.

His improved goalkicking is beautiful to watch.

The way Momo is going at centre we could do a lot worse.

Is it just me or does it seem Walker barely clears the crossbar from out wide? I recall him not making the distance once or twice last year which is not common. Needs to get squating!

I thought he was improved last week.

AK is a good backup but I wouldn't have him ahead of Momo and Smith.
Walker's goal kicking has improved out of sight the last couple of weeks. I think he kicked 5 or 6 from the sidelines last week (both sides). Goes to show how determined this kid is at improving every facet of his game.
Funny how many times some wanted AK gone last year.

I think Adam Keighran is a handy footballer, as is Paul Momirovski but I think Billy Smith is/was a better centre than both of them. Certainly had a higher ceiling, anyway, in my opinion. My hope is that Billy is finally free of the injury curse and hasn't been permanently diminished by those injuries. I see that both he and Egan Butcher are selected for Norths this week (as is AK) so I will be cheering them all on! I think it's on Fox this week.

Suaali to Centre for me. He's growing in confidence with ball in hand, obviously plenty strong and now looking for an offload. I think there might be a little bit of mongrel in Joe also. He's not playing the doe eyed rookie; there's been a couple of occasions where he's gone back at someone giving him a mouthful or roughing him up. I like it .

I'd like to see Billy Smith on the Wing. More upside in attack than some of the other contenders. Plus he's a bigger body, which I've heard somewhere on here is a good thing. Really hope this time he gets a good run. Wasn't great early on but I still think he could be pretty special.
