Hopefully the Ryles rev up leads to a more aggtressive performance from our forwards. The Eels pack will be coming for them from the opening whistle. Hopefully our boys can switch on from the word go today and give it to them. Be nice to see them give Keary and Walker the opportunity to play plenty of footy off the front foot.

Should be no illusions as to the task ahead this week. No reason for complacency, no reason to wait until their well behind on the scoreboard before they start to play with intensity and purpose.

Expecting a big one from our old war horse JWH today. Him and Victor back to their best and mopping up the Suncorp surface with Campbell- Gillards face.

    Cant wait for this one.

    Go the Mighty Roosters!

This is the turning point for Easts. I expect us to make a huge statement today, big enough to remove politics from the front page. Sem Uoker and Luka Keri to run riot on a wet track.

      Go Easts!

I’m a big Sem Uoker fan. Expect a MOM effort from him today.

I’ve got a feeling we’ll go OK today … don’t know why. My intuition is not to be trusted though, so take that with a grain of salt.

My favourite current Rooster, young Luka. Along with Minicheepo, man what a fullback that guy was.

Good test for us today to really see where we are at. Not sure what to expect but I’m hoping for the best.

Considering how the Eels have been against teams they should beat, I am optimistic. Mostly want us to play better than last week. While the Titans admittedly threw shit all against us, we were better last week. Today I just want us to keep building even if it takes weeks for us to get good again, I just want improvement.

Just realised it’s a milestone game. Teddys 100th for us.
We usually blow those, but I feel quietly confident today for some reason

Parramatta showed everyone how to beat Penrith last week, they had something like 25-30 offloads that absolutely killed the pennies, if we allow them to do that it will be a very long afternoon cmon boys just put in a consistent match for once.

D Day for Robbo’s experiment to come to fruition by beating a top 4 team.

Can we at least score first or if not hold them for the first 30 minutes to nil. Further can we get some easy ones like the Riff last night from the fullback dropping the ball or the Faiders one just now. Please.

we could actually be in the top 4 at the end of this round if we beat parra today.

What I’d love to see. Best case scenario = Sharks lose, Roosters win we take 4th spot. Second best scenario= roosters win we take 5th spot. Sharks are currently losing 20-0 halftime against raiders. Would love nothing more than to grab 4th spot today. Wouldn’t that make a statement. I can dream can’t I?

Biggest test to date for the season, I'd love us to win but more importantly I want us to be competitive against a top 4 team. The ground looks to have held up well with all the traffic.
                              Easts to win.

Trent Robinson has finalised the side to take on the Parramatta Eels in today's Round 10 match at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane for Magic Round.

One change has been made to the side ahead of their 4:05pm kick-off, with Drew Hutchison starting at hooker and Connor Watson reverting to the interchange bench.
