I'm not expecting a victory but hope to see signs that our slow build is continuing and that beating the Pamfers later in the season will be a real prospect.
Sutton terrifies me. If he plays to script and keeps giving them recounts in territory it gets too tough. We need a fair crack of the dem sausage with the shithouse 6 again rule.
Yes, I can already see each and every Pemriff player vigorously ground humping and leg thrashing the nanosecond they are turfed by our tacklers - and Sutton demanding we release them instantly so they can roll downfield.
Sorry, I just don't trust Sutton to give us anything like a fair go. He rarely does.
Obvisously we all want the Roosters to win tonight but I think we all know thats its unlikely.
There are a few reasons I dont think the Chooks will win
Firstly because Penrith are the best team they are a well oiled machine who have their best team available.
Secondly because the Roosters dont play their best footy in the rain.
Thirdly, the 3 games Ive attended this year the Roosters have lost & Im going tonight.
If the Roosters dont get the win but its close & the Roosters have played tough & theres not more than 6 points in it, I will be more than happy.
I just want them to compete with Penrith. Penrith are at full strength were as the Roosters have a few out.
Go back to basics. Run hard, tackle hard, and keep mistakes to a minimum.
No one is expecting us to win, which should motivate the players. The Riff are the benchmark. Last year we got off to a flying start against them. Need the same again. 6 agains are our Achilles heal. Play smart and we have a hope of upsetting the Riff.
May the force be with us..dorkness
The wet puts a damper on things Cleary will be doing the swirling bombs all day..Flipper hands will drop the ball at least 3 times .
We will win though
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

From all the listings I can see Fifita is named on the bench with Lam & E Butcher 18th & 19th man. So if Fifita played for Norths last night as I read on here & isnt playing & E Butcher is in as read on here who is the new 19th man?
Can anyone put up the team showing Fifita out & E Butcher in?
