Would never death ride our great club. Rooster for life Here! Would be pretty boring if we all had the same opinions.

Yeah I think we can all have different opinions and shouldn't be called death riding for doing so.

Definitely wouldn't say Robbo "caused" the comeback, that was more 50-50s going against us and switching off in defence.

Never like seeing a bloke get 2 mins but Terrell will get time, especially throughout the Origin period. Nothing new from Robbo, always slowly bloods blokes into the team

        Fair enough, well said.

It seems their intensity and attention to detail as far as the basics go drops when they have a sizeable lead and also the other team comes back. Certainly need to work on that and get to a level of consistency they can produce over 80 minutes week in week out so that doesn't happen.

That will be the task going forward

I agree. This has been the one area I don’t like about Robbo as a coach. I just can’t work out why we do it.

To be fair, I think the rotations were all on point until Suaalii came off around the 60 minute mark. That edge became vulnerable and the pace of the game picked up with a few errors from forced passes and penalties.

I would have liked to have seen May get a few more minutes but the team on the field was doing well ans when Suaalii came off, and the sharks turned the game, it would have be very risky to throw May in there given that where tou want your senior boys on the park.

Trent's rotations sometimes leave me scratching my head (2017 qualifying final spings to mind) but this was not one of those nights imo.

Yes we won but I agree. It’s very much a valid point. With 8 mins to go, we were one sharks try away from shytting ourselves.

If that Sharks centre takes the ball & offloads then they are away for a big run & possible try. Then it's 4pts in it & shytting ourselves. Had the Gold Coast collapse on my mind for a while there.

If you had been watching since Robbo started his coaching career with us you will know that when he has a new forward on the bench it is not that unusual for him to get very little minutes or even no minutes in the game.

How much of a rabble are that lot?! I’ve never seen a side compete so well then not compete at all! If games went for 40 mins, they would be a good shot at a premiership.

Agree the call not to give May more minutes was bizarre. Don't get the thinking there....no high risk in him, does the job.

I just don’t get naming a middle forward and playing him for two minutes. Yes, Robbo brings them on slowly, always has, but what player development benefit arises from a two minute stint? Is it to teach them patience?

the only thing that makes sense to me is Suaalii going off. While I’m on the subject of Suaalii going off, are the Roosters the only club to have had players removed from the game for so-called Category 1 reasons?
