  • I'm backing Braith for a big game

I'm no fan but I think he will be fired up this week. I'm backing Banasta to have a big game this Sunday. That is all.

mrhk, get off the whacky backy dude, your brain is fried. If you said Braith was being fired up out of a cannon at the local circus, I may have supported you. In all seriousness, I hope he plays well, it will go a long way towards winning but I'm losing my patience with the continual inept performances. I do lack faith but could you blame me?

Yes, I suggest that Lemon Whacky Hello is responsible for this thread.

A big game by braith nowadays is not kicking it out on the full from the kickoff.

Last week was his first game this season, he will be better for the run.

Are you willing to back that up with some sort of biological forfeit if you're wrong?

Yes thats my thinking too - both him and Marty K will be better for the hitout....Braith hasn't had the chance to find his touch in the trials like others.

He wants match fitness and to get his eye in then play him in Newtown for Freddy's sake. Like every other player coming back from injury does.

He will be better for the run. What that equates to I don't know.

                      Yep, that's about right.

Offer veiled support to a bloke you don't really believe in.

That just about sums you up, my jilted ex lover.

One game ain't good enough. I'm looking for him to have a big season, anything less will be bad.

He might be better for the run but if he was a horse I wouldn't back him in a maiden at the Bong Bog races.

Last week was equal to any of his performances in the last 12 months. Offerred nothing.

Even if you got 50/1 you'd be getting unders.

What run is everyone talking about? I haven't seen him run for the last 6 years.
