So glad we won.. to be playing pretty crap but still be winning is a massive bonus. The 2 points is pretty much all that matters at this time of the year, and they're OURS.... ALL OURS..... MU MU HA HA HA HA ..

Well congrats to the boys on todays win - certainly deserved if not pretty at times.
I thought the attitude and confidence lifted a cog or two from last week...and needed to.
Penrith got some terrific calls esp in the first half..but we were good enough to hang in and overcome that.
The inclusion of SKD and Mortimer gave us extra spark...looks like SKD might be in for a big year. And JWH is starting to make the impact that his bargaining price might suggest. Great to see Jake play the 80min too.
Need to cut the errors and somehow buy some more penalties - bribery maybe??
2 from 3....some still winless.

God there is some wanker supporters that post on here. If you watched the game last week their was a 50% better effort today, sure there was dropped ball which both teams were guilty of but over all the Roosters moved the bal around, they looked dangerous & I dont care if they made mistakes & dropped the ball they were so much more committed today & had a dig. Im bloody proud.

Sure there was some dropped ball but their was some structure today. The tries were genuine tries both from attack not kicks, you will always have mistakes & I am not saying we are up to the Storms level but overall today our attack was there, we didnt execute every time but it was there & so was our defence. The Raiders are no easy beats our defence was plenty good today.

Melbourne are not cheats they are a TOP TOP side & if the Roosters show the commitment they showed today there will be No annilation.

Or maybe it's worse than first thought, or what we've been told.
Or maybe he's a slow healer.
Or maybe they just want to make sure it's 100% before he debuts.
Or maybe he's not confident enough for contact.
No use ruining a kid for the sake of a game or 3.
