Toops had a shocker...but why was he selected to play on the RIGHT wing?
He's a LEFT winger.
Blues got that horribly wrong and paid the price.

I think we all know (especially us Chooks fans) that Toops does have a game like that in him every now and then. He was the best winger on the field for both game 1 and especially game 2 but last night he was just a bit off. Perhaps the early carnage within the first 10 mins (seeing Collins go down early right in front of him with an HIA) rattled him a bit ?


Who knows ?


PS: Cleary should have bloody utilised him on that wing with aerial attacking options but he never did ... not once ! the closest kick in that direction landed close to Stephen Crichton

Brilliant win to Queensland.
Brilliant game plan by Slater.
Take them on up the middle, kick early and kick long, force their forwards to work hard and then make them run back 50 metres.
Kick and chase from Queensland was awesome.
Then brutal defence, put NSW under pressure by having to come out of their own half time and time again, force errors.
That formula will win any game of footy.
The NSW big heads, over confident, under skilled under pressure fail again.
