Not sure what to expect here. Confidence is knocked around with some inconsistent digs.

Plus side is we usually play well against Melbourne. They aren't as much a smother and spoil team which helps our style , bit similar. They give us a chance to play.

Is Munster out? Hughes still our danger man though.

Want to see a motm from Keary today, need it to win.

Surprised DSF in the squad esp if splitsville.

Lose the whistle Sutton and fk off ya 6 agains smiley. Can set up what should be an entertaining game.

    Go Easts.

As usual, the key stats are 50% possession and 80% completion. Reach those and we win!

Hope to see some mongrel from the forwards this week. They have been really inconsistent this year but when they have showed some aggression and picked up the line speed we have had some good wins. As is the case for any team, if the pigs compete we will be right in the game.

At the very least I hope we make the Storm earn their points. The marshmallow soft try's up the middle and simple one on one misses have to stop if we are any chance.

Always optimistic about our chances and really looking forward to this.

Lets go Roosters! 28 to 20 our way.

I’m not too sure if this is the right thread but Sam Verrills is in the #24 for the Bears. That means he should be close to a return to first grade.

Why does this clown get to ref us all the time?

                  I smell a stich up!

we need to do something different than our standard, Even though Teddy is back, I’d like to see Manu play like he did last week, he found the ball about 30 times.

Any old back looks good with Munster pulling the strings.

And Fu Whyte playing for Bears. But no Tapuha (must be injured) or Naiqama (even JTs dropped him!).

We've performed better when we haven't been expected to do well and I hope that trend continues tonight.
The storm are a bit short in the backs which I think we can exploit if our backline is given the opportunities.
                        Easts to win

Sutton yet again. It seems like he refs us every 2nd game.

Cheese will be out for a big game today, could be troubling.
