You can see the ref applying the rules strictly to us but allowing storm to lie all over us slowing down the ruck many times.

They deadset give away 3 infringements before we get the penalty. And then hold down again. When will they be sin binned?!

We’ve not converted 4-5 tries the last 2 weeks, where we just tap it forward/ get held up/ come up short of line. Agonising stuff.

Suualii best on field. Again he’s just great. The ref seems to be striving for a storm win. So unfair they lay all over us and nothing but we get the book thrown at us. Definitely some big haters of the roosters among the refs. We are better but it’s a ref decide game.

Like our attack. Defence one on one misses by Butch, Momo and Joey letting them into the backfield. And our left edge getting outnumbered, Momo looking ordinary in dee.

Shame for Luke was going great, hopefully fine even if out tonight. Friendly fire too!

Why is it always Momo who they beat to score?

He wasn't soley to blame for both Melbourne trys, but gee whiz he isn't helping much. In both occasions he didn't get a hand on the ball carrier

Walker rushed out and isolated Momi. I don’t blame him on that one.

I'm not sure his disruption tactics are working on our goal line it fractures the left side defense. I know what he's trying to do.

Top first half of footy between a good Roosters team & a Melbourne team that always play above their weight. Some no names in their backline but they play like they're regulars.
Its a tough game & the Chooks are getting down & dirty.
Suaalii is so good & Angus has been pretty good as well.
The Chooks are in this & just have to continue doing what they have been doing although its going to be without Keary.
Hutch will go to 5/8 but I think Manu should play 5/8.
