Well said. I feel we are in something of a transition phase. We’ve got two of the best young talents in Suaalii and Walker coming through. We have Smith coming next year. Our biggest issue is finding replacements for big Jared and Tauks. I trust in Trent.

We are the mighty roosters. We will bounce back. Notice how teams celebrate when they defeat us - as if they just won the grand final. Why? Because we wear our hearts on our sleeves and I’m so proud of our relentless efforts despite being without players or having to substitute with less quality ones. Notice how each and EVERY team turns up when they play the roosters. That’s because teams both fear and respect us and know that they have to play their guts out to beat us. That’s something to be VERY proud of no matter where we are on the table!

I'm a supervisor of Physical Resources (Maintenance/engineering) at a health facility. Not as grandiose as it appears, mainly interfacing with contractors, and having them paid. if they stuff up, guess who has to answer for those failures to sector engineering. So, no different than anywhere else.

Nobody's mother is being targeted in this situation and I will not continue using this tactic in the future as I agree... it was pretty stupid/immature.

I agree with this sentiment, we had some rep quality players who as long standing club stalwarts had stayed for unders or picked up blokes like the Morris brothers who were after premiership glory.
Maybe my expectations were a little high after the outstanding job the rookies did for us last year and our new recruits haven't quite made the impact I was hoping for.

None of that Sharks squad is playing regularly for the Sharks anymore and its a completely different coaching team so it wouldnt be relevant when assessing their ability to win a premiership right now.
