From 2013: THE Brisbane Broncos have today ended negotiations with Josh Dugan following his vile social media comments in which he told a Canberra Raiders fan to "end yourself".




The Broncos were willing to sign Dugan to a three-year two million deal if the NRL allowed his contract to be registered.




The club’s interest ended today.




"We will not be making any attempt to register a contract for Josh Dugan with the NRL," Broncos’ chief executive Paul White said.




"While there were some negotiations, they are now over.




"In light of some fresh allegations of inappropriate behaviour, the Broncos have decided not to take the matter any further."




Dugan was today forced to apologise after hurling abuse on social media again, this time telling a Canberra Raiders fan to "end yourself".







This forum went into meltdown when this happened in 2013 yet it seems to be ok for one Roosters fan to go tell another to do the same thing nearly 10 years later on here..and over something so trivial as a possible player signing..Double standards yet again…short memories…once again, this type of behaviour belongs in the dark ages…I cannot and will not ever stop caring about the welfare of anyone especially any fellow Roosters fans. I don’t give a flying farm truck if that makes me an oddity on here. I’m old enough to take whatever rubbish you blokes hurl at me. What I don't get is the hypocrisy on here. Ism22 got lambasted on here just a few days ago for using the word "mum' as it was upsetting people who had recently lost their mothers. Voodoo Man got banned on here for abusing Roosterchick last year over mentioning suicide as he had said that someone close to him had passed away by this method. He called her some dreadful names and it was really out of line.

Mickey Lane had a whole bunch of his posts deleted by mods a while back but there are still some truly appalling posts still visible by other posters. So why does Mickey get so heavily policed when others don't?

Better options definitely. Manu in most likelihood will be given any half jumper should Keary retire. Backup plan is probably Burton or grubby Munster. Moses probably at the bottom of that list.
