  • We will struggle to make the 8 especially with the crap draw we have had. Still baffles me why everyone cant pay everyone once first and then play the extra games

    • Still the same plays week after week especially the hospital passes to Crichton and Geronimo. Opponents and coaches have known this play since 2013. As good as Teddy can be individually at times I have thought for some time he is totally self willed individual and not a team player nor suited to be captain. The Robbo and Teddy combo is not working for me.
Special mention to Billy Smith and Smokin’ Joe.

      • On a positive note we will win next week

        • Our defence is very poor. No intensity, no wrapping up the ball. Teddy trying hard and looking very frustrated playing with largely a bunch of second graders. Suaalii a class above the others.

          • Good game Parra just won the battle in the middle that's it there's nothing more to say, we played well ,Billy smith was great Sammy v top first game back the butcher baker and the candlestick maker are to light and don't bend the line in attack Parra steamrolled them, and I'm sorry that they both got hurt they tried their best .Radley and Hargraves will stiffen up the middle when they come back .We are not gone this season yet but we must make the 8 first and that's not a given and we must have a full squad available .If Keary plays tonight and we win Hutch was average he didn't make any mistakes but didn't do anything either walker went one out all night because Hutch wasn't creating anything for him, We are losing all these games in the forwards not the backs

            • Serious question- do you still get two points for the bye?

Parramatta are not an average team.

Plus a full 17 for 80 mins and a Verrills who's not playing his first game back

                  • Well it was a good start but losing butch and then younger butch made it hard.

Both Angus and sitilli overcompensation in defense cooked us with their 2 tries.

We really needed keary tonight thought our halves were poor followed by tedesco. Bummer.

Great to see Verills back we are better for having him. Stoked to see Billy Smith get through a game, played strongly too, hopefully fixes our left centre problem.

Need to utilize the brosephs more on the right side, showing shades of the Morris twins with what they could achieve.

Tupou, tauks Collins all had good games but can't do it alone.

Angus. Frustrating. This guys footy ceiling is so high but he's buried under the floorboards of the house atm. Don't want to see him leave as the market isn't flush with players of his calibre.

If it was up to me id cut Watson and momo end of year. Watson is playing like a poor man's teddy, just offers nothing. I'd rather verills and the cheese share the 9 and 14 roles.

Put jazza rads and keary back in and we should make the 8 but as of now it feels like this year were just making up the numbers.

Gotta keep the faith I guess.

                    • If we could keep them scoreless second half then it looks like our first half game plan was wrong. If we’d done our homework on these guys we should have held our line instead of rushing out which only left holes for them to offload through. That was fixed but too late by then.

                          Good question.

You'd think so but whatever was discussed in the training leading up to the game wasn't effective enough.

                          • The Butchers are too small to play in the 2nd row imo

                            • I knew the Roosters would lose tonight after the "performance" the squeels put in last week against the 'dogs. It was just a case of by how many, as I figured without three of their best players (Keary, Rads, and JWH), on top of the Roosters not being particularly good this year, the Roosters were going to lose.

Having said that, the second half, in light of missing Egan and Nat, was something from which the team can take something positive.

                              • Sounds like Radley will be back for the Panthers game.

Robbo not as confident JWH and Keary would be.
