Not specifically rooster related but tonight Friend & King were assistant coaches to Michael Cheikas Lebanon Cedars who beat Malta for the first Elias-Fenech Shield.

The Cedars ended up winning 30-14, the team was made up mostly of juniors as most of the NRL players were ruled out by their club teams however Reece and Travis Robinson were in the team, didn't know they were still around.

Friendy looks good in a cedar jersey!

Thank you very much for posting that. I wish my Dad had been alive to see it. I was thrilled enough when Freddy coached them and seeing him with Cedars gear on was like all my Christmases had come at once.. happy to see more Roosters following in his footsteps..my worlds are colliding as George Costanza would say, but in a good way.
