Wish he would play like Kaufusi at the Roosters.
Maybe our coach needs to get more out of him?

      Coach and the player himself.

Personally I wouldn’t be fussed if he left for any other club. His time here is about a 6 out of ten. He has had ample time to shine but only did it in odd games here and there. With retirements and some forwards moving on, look for the club to revolutionise our pack in the coming year or two.

We are not a club that can handle mediocrity the way some geezers on here do.

I’d like to see Gus commit to either middle or edge. He’s used as a battering ram lately and has lost a lot of agility so if he’s our second rower ongoing, he has to work movement. Plays too stiff and looks for contact rather than space. He has an identity crisis.

Manu can cover his spot, or any spot...

Angus doesn't like changing edges .
it takes him 12 months to adjust , Robbo should have left him on the left

How good that we re-signed him. Got him cheap.

Is this from the famous underground Facebook page? I hope it's from Hooper.

Yes, one has to wonder why he doesn't.
                  Maybe Trent is too nice.
Maybe the Club is too nice.
Maybe being at the Roosters these days is like being at a "peace and love" resort not an "Eye of the Tiger" club of *war*.

Melbourne are losing J Bromwich, K Bromwich, B Smith & Kaufusi from their pack next year & will still make the top 4.
If the Chooks lost JWH, SST, Crighton & Verrills I don’t think they would make the 8.
Melbourne will still have Welsh, NAS, Kamikamica, Simms & that Under 19’s backrower Jack Howarth who is like Cords so I don’t know if Crighton would make their starting team.
Jordon McLean is off contract for the Cowboys & I can’t believe no one has made a move for him.

That quote should exclusively be reserved for "Jane" Evans. Crichton has been putting in the last few rounds, but I agree - he's been inconsistent. I'd personally be sorry to see hm leave,

But if the salary cap is going up next year by some 500k plus, then I cant see the problem right?

I'm sorry but, Angus is the best second rower we have at the club. It would be a big blow to lose him.
