Sadly, I think he might be through. Its exactly what happened with Boyd. It would be extremely difficult to go the rest of his career without taking another knock.

the longer he stays out the worse it looks but without any news of where he's at it's too early to know what's going to happen. him playing until 2024 is still a possibility

Yet to see one post on here outraged by this. But if I’ve missed it please show it to me. I think all of us who have posted seem to think sadly the end is sooner rather than later for Keary. My thoughts one more head knock or at the end of the season it will be medical retirement

I can see and respect where you are coming from on all fronts here.
In saying that I also think Keary has earnt the right to be given time to make such a call at seasons end.

I think if you miss a month with what was labelled a minor knock then it’s pretty clear that either he has doubts,the club has doubts,or it was worse than thought.
I think he will play out the year if he makes it back & then that might be it,he won’t see out his contract.
I like the idea of him deciding when,but the club is above the player & if Burton is a chance for instance the club makes the call & then Keary goes or is back up.
Club must come 1st & they need to take the best player possible if a chance arises.

Watching NRL360 they gave an update on Keary who apparently is suffering from post concussion headaches.
