Do your research you are a lawyer for goodness sake.
This isn't about the Roosters its about decency . .Got to love all these people making excuses to sign a true grub .I could well imagine vyou would be supportive of him if it was your family he attacked and that goes for RWB as well
Also if you read the NRL's wording around the time they let him return, it was clearly stated that he HAD to work-our some sort of repayment plan BEFORE they'd let him play (noting this was when he was asking for a $100k a year contract).
I'm not calling him a saint but my assumption is that he has a payment plan going on whereby the victims get something like 50% of his salary (if not more). From my perspective Robbo saying he's matured and feels vulnerable with the 2nd kid of a way is good enough for me!!! If he farks up between now and the end of the season it's simple... he won't get a contract with us and probably won't get one with anybody else either.
In my mind he NEEDS to play footy. That's what he's good at, serious $$$ from him playing goes to the victims (rather than him saying 'sorry I'm a labourer on $40k a year and can't afford repayments') and his wife + 2 kids NEED their dad to grow the fark up.
I'll judge him hard if he farks us around. However if he puts his head down, earns a contract for 2023 (plays like he wants one for all of 2022) and matures within our system (as guys like Fergo, Friend, Tetevano...etc did) then the outcome's ideal. I'll be happy to see him sign a contract for 2023+, become a good husband/dad, compensate the victims fully (through hard work!) and move forward as a productive member of society.
Forgiveness is one of the strongest things you can do. My ex tried to kill me and abducted our daughter. I've forgiven her and my biggest wish has always been for her to move forward and be a good mother! Like it or not, people fark up and do horrifically violent shyte for a variety of reasons. That's partly why we have courts... so that we can find a principled way forward in such situations.

IMO it's fair to assume there's no dramas going on in that department.

If the chooks make the 8 and go into the finals with JWH Collins TKO and ML all fit things start to look a whole lot different.
IF Rads and Verrills stay on the park and Gus finds some form that pack matches the panthers and storm...
If the planets align for the chooks anything is possible.
I just hope a couple games dropped to teams we should have beat early in the season don't come back to bite us

Ironic you are calling someone out to do their research, when you, clearly have done null. He paid his victims back, to the tune of 1.6 million, and also apologised in a public setting, numerous times. Be better.

This coming from a man who's autosignature is directed at me., who called me a spinster exactly 2 months before my ex partner died in palliative care. If he had lived and we'd gotten that piece of paper and then he died, he'd be calling me a black widow I guess..and he claims he has daughters and a wife..well I'm someone's daughter too but yet he loves to treat me like garbage..but when I read about what happens to others, like the family attacked, the family who had their children's lives lost by the drunk driver and our very own Ism22, then his attacks on me are like spit in the ocean..of no consequence in the grand scheme of things...then let him continue to spin his petty vitriol..all he's done is actually make even more forum members on here reach out to me to offer their support..I appreciate this very much guys..some of you I may never get to meet but judging by the number of messages I now get during the week, I'm not the only Chook on here who's lost the love of their life due to a long illness and unfortunately I won't be the last. Be kind or be quiet..Or be better as you said tloos1999..good words to live by also.
