I can't find this change listed officially anywhere on the NRL or Roosters websites at the moment. I guess it would mean Hutch goes to the bench and Watson drops off ? Or Hutch drops out and the bench stays as listed ?

Bloody hell ... did we really need to pull Momirovski back in ?

Couldn't we have given Tom Carr a crack instead !?

Shuffling the deck chairs. Weakening a strength to strengthen a weakness. Or something like that. But I suppose no harm in trying something different at this point.

Robbo is in an unusual position for him, he's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. Some posters have complained that the Hutch isn't up to it, and why not give Manu a crack. Then the moment he does, he's then criticised for plucking a premiership winning centre out of Norths to replace Manu.

would much rather play drew in the halves than start Paul, he rarely passes and can barely tackle.

I wanted to see the Manu/Walker combo in the halves last year when Keary was out. We will not have the strongest kicking game but they should produce a bit of unpredictability in attack.
Momo is up against the much vaunted Panthers left edge but I think the right edge suits him better than the other side of the field, i hope for his sake he has a good game and can get some much needed confidence back.

Let's not forget Rugby league is a running game!
like i tell my under 7's " the harder the run the harder to tackle and offload if you can " now if manu plays anything like what he did against a massive Tongan team then panthers will be the one's on the back foot!!
it's a simple game keep it simple, we have a whole team that can run hard an offload at will!! Just need to get back to that hard running!

TKO an collins boys, if they run hard with offloads, radley hard everything ball playing, suallii/toops/billy/momo/ teddy , if we play our best it's our 2 points!!!

But Hutch is as good as Luai so why would he go to the bench.
Robbo mustn’t think Hutch is as good as Luia otherwise they wouldn’t be thinking of putting Manu at 5/8.
Did Robbo consult you on this?

So true. To me it suggests Keary won't continue. If he was going to, then Hutch for another week before the bye. Going to Joey now to me says it's Joey for the rest of the year.

Joseph Manu has demanded this selection with a 400m game for NZ. We are probably lucky that there is an opening with Keary’s injury that allows a change to happen.

yeah, but i think he knows where he wants to go and won't be too affected by criticism.

regardless of the keary situation if joey makes a fist of 5/8 it makes it easier for us to keep him, teddy, walker and suaalii beyond 2024. it's easier to buy a good cheap centre than a good cheap 5/8.

Hutch is my man...but no way he's as good as Luai.

If we rush loooeye like qld did in ori9in 1 we should win. Cleary to looeye on the left with possum head in the centres running at the small kids. If momo plays on the right. Manus side.WE ARE FCUKED
