Gee not a great way to start the day when I first open the forum. I assume now that this thread started last night it is a gee up. I hope we hang on to JWH but I also hope we don't pay overs for him as we need to keep cash to upgrade Tasi and Cordner's contracts in the future. I don't know why he would want to go to parra either.

He would be mad to go to Parra. Probably the most dysfunctional club in the comp.
        Appart from Souths of course.....

Hey Melon, you seem to know a lot.
          How do you know this?
How did you hear 2 more years at Easts for JWH?
Not only do you know this inside info from The Roosters but you are also claiming to have inside info from the Bulldogs??
Please let me know your source just to give your posts that little touch of credability. Or is it all just hear say?

Old Friar speculates on all subjects, as you can clearly see. If you take a guess at enough of them, a few eventually come off.

FPN ran the ball 4 times on Sunday. 4 times!!
I know he was interchanged, but this is unacceptable. How can this bloke face his teammates? He has no shame.
Gallen ran the ball over 30 times on Monday night. Surely FPN could run 12 times in his time on the field.
The sad thing is, if FPN wanted to, he could be absolutely devestating. Look at the way he played in 2009 against The Storm.
I agree with you. the odd time he has bothered to get involved this year, his touches have been quality. Problem is that he is a bludger and hardly gets involved. Smith must be happy with having a complete bludger in the forward pack, otherwise he wouldnt keep picking him. You would think that a decent coach would warn him that if he doesnt improve his involvement then he would end up getting dropped. But no, that is not the case. Bludgers get rewarded with starting spots by smith.

ok....now that everyone's heart has returned to a regular beat, the club now needs to get his moniker on paper for at least the next 2 years ASAP. Stop the skulduggery.
                  And while I'm on it.
WHEN is Moga going to make his debut???? Anytime this year???

That article did conclude by saying that JWH is expected to go to NSW Rugby in 2013

                            http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/spo...rom=public_rss

X-PARRAMATTA boss Paul Osborne has given his old club a fresh headache; setting Twitter abuzz with a bogus rumour about the Eels signing Kiwi firebrand Jared Waerea-Hargreaves.

While enjoying a Chinese banquet with Waerea-Hargreaves and player agent Mike Newton late last night, Osborne set up a Twitter account and immediately declared: “JWH signing with Parra!”

Attached to his first-ever tweet was a photograph of the Roosters prop with Newton in Lee’s Fortuna Court – a Crows Nest institution that’s long been popular with NRL identities.

He then followed-up with another tweet that read: “Deal done. JWH in blue and gold next year!”

Osborne’s bizarre prank had the desired effect; fooling Roosters followers into despair and giving Eels supporters false hope.

It’s understood Osborne made preliminary moves to poach Warea-Hargreaves while still in charge of Parramatta last year.

But discussions have ceased since his controversial departure amid accusations of mismanagement and bullying last November, with Warea-Hargreaves now more likely to defect to NSW Rugby in 2013.

There's absolutely no reason why we shouldn't re-sign him, we're playing under the cap now and there's a 700k rise in the cap (minimum) next year. **** SBW, stick with the youth.
