Attendance at a Polling Place is compulsory. Get your name marked off & then chuck your blank ballot papers in the appropriate box (not the bin - the polling officials have to account for every single one). No one makes you vote, and you can’t get fined if you get your name crossed off.

A guy at work told me he hasn’t voted for the last 3 elections, hasn’t got a fine or anything else from the AEC.

actully, have never met anybody who has got a fine for not voting at the federal or state/territory elections.

actully, have never met anybody who has got a fine for not voting at the federal or state/territory elections.

I missed voting in one State election once and never received a fine and all my electoral information was up to date, a partner of mine at the time and was an ex by then received a fine in the mail when was over seas and not coming back, i looked at it and laughed and ripped it up and chucked it in the bin.

Given someone eluded to the fact that you cant stand down from rep footy without injury and not being able to play for your club how is it that on the 1/7/2022 vermin coach said Latrine must be picked for origin.
