      Just an update on Keary,,
positive news he is recovering really well and could play against the Dragons, apparently the time away did him wonders. Hopefully the next few training sessions go well

Thanks for the update Grubber. I was looking forward to a Saturday afternoon game for a change and now even more so. Seeing him in full flight a month back was a sight for sore eyes.

All Welcome my friends. Just keep in consideration that he still needs to pull up well after some training but the main thing is he mentally feels like he can go again & give it a shot

Most of the snior players were given time off.... Joey has gone back to NZ to visit the family, even Boyd has gone to Bali.

Trent said he's not at all concerned about Kearys long term future.

We need all hands on deck against the Dragons next week as it’s a must win game, hope Keary plays!

If he comes back I hope he can get back to the player who should have played a few origins. Watching Paps the past few games he looks very gun shy doesn't seem to run into the line before passing and looks for his winger on most kick returns.

Massive confidence thing for Luke . He had not got back to his best and this may not help . Hope Im wrong

May be harsh but I don’t want Keary back because it’s inevitable that a head knock will happen again, it’s only a matter of time. And when it does happen again it will almost certainly be career over. That’s a lot of our salary cap to be risking on a player who is one hit away from retiring. Imagine if it happens Round 1 next year and he is forced into retirement and we can’t go to the market to get a replacement. I think he should retire now. Would be more beneficial to the club. I will always put the club before an individual player.

I agree it's a massive gamble to go into next year without at least a solid back up plan.
