SBW is a special player. We haven't had a special player since Todd Carney and before him Brad Fittler. The common denominator is that we made GF's with both those players. The youth policy is all very good but without that special player to lead them we'll go nowhere. So yes sign him up. (Actually I believe he's already signed).

I hope you havn't spoken to soon. IMO Inglis could be the most dangerous player in the comp at FB.

On Sonny Bill I would take a punt om him, surely we have to sign 1 good dog.

Mick, I direct you toward Nathan Merritt. I believe he'll go back to fullback.

Yes because without him we don't/won't have a player in the Top 20 best in the comp.

However, if it's on the terms proposed in SMH today (highest paid in comp + one year contact) then No.

Purely based on the great attack we are producing now, and the fantastic second phase play. I say yes. I tell you now, that if a team scores 20 points a game, we will not win.

If he hadn't done the runner Iwould have said definitely, but I cannot bring myself to cheer for a man who walks out on his team mates without an explanation or showing any remorse whatsoever.
He may have had his reasons, but if you are in a team you owe it to your team mates at the very least . It may sound a little old fashioned, but heck I'm kind of old fashioned myself.

The Riff game they just got confused about who was to finish on 0.
It is true that premierships are not won in March, unless you follow Souths. I think the trend will be, that we win games where the opposition score under 20. I know there will be the occasion when we score some points, but this will not be the norm. In saying that humble pie tastes great when it is served up by the Chookies.
